Thank you for considering me to capture your family’s story

There are a lot of talented photographers out there, and most of us will promise a fun, stress-free experience. The truth is, though, family sessions aren't always stress-free from your perspective. There's outfit planning, weather watching, coordinating schedules, convincing reluctant husbands to participate, and sometimes a toddler who has absolutely other plans for the day.

Maybe you're running a few minutes late because getting everyone out the door felt impossible. Maybe someone has a fresh scrape on their face. Maybe your little one is having a meltdown before we even start.

That's okay.

One thing I can promise you is that I'm not stressed. After years of photographing families, I've seen it all. I've learned how to go with the flow, adapt to the unexpected, and find the magic in moments that don't go exactly as planned.

So if things feel a little chaotic, know that I've got you.

Your photos will be beautiful—not because everything was perfect, but because your family is perfectly yours.

Of course we'll capture those smiling-at-the-camera images that grandparents love. But we'll also create something more meaningful. I'll photograph the in-between moments: the giggles, the cuddles, the hand-holding, the silly faces, and yes, even the little bits of chaos.

Those are the moments that tell your family's story.

Years from now, those are often the images that bring you right back to this season of life. The ones that remind you exactly who your family was in that moment.

So hang those on the wall, too.
