What a lovely wedding last weekend at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale. It couldn’t have been spent with lovelier people. From the time we arrived, Alyssa and Chris’s family, bridal party, and guests were just amazing and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself was gorgeous with touches of southern charm and old florida architecture. One of my favorite parts of the day was when Alyssa’s father assisted with adjusting the veil and clasping her necklace and bracelet. It was so heartwarming and special. Not only that, but Alyssa’s gown was an heirloom worn by her mother and grandmother. Don’t you just love that? Alyssa and Chris are an amazingly sweet couple, and it was such an honor to photograph their wedding day!
