It’s rare I create a personal blog post of my family, but I couldn’t wait to share these with Y’all!
I am so darn proud of my little family and feel beyond blessed to do life with these souls. When I took these photos, we were in the process of selling our farm in North Florida. It has since sold, so I wanted to document our time there as a family in all of our favorite spots. I still can’t believe it’s gone, and I cried like a lil baby as we went down the drive for the last time.
Memories galore flood my mind every time I think of that beautiful haven. My husband (we were dating at the time) took me there for the first time in the fall of 2009. It was my first real introduction to the world of hunting. I was in awe of the beauty of the place, plus intrigued by all the detail that goes into properly cultivating the land to attract quality deer. I learned so much about hunting as well as respecting and paying reverence to the animal that you harvest. I also loved teaching our children about the outdoors, and how to care for their environment.
Most of all we loved taking little nature walks and collecting all sorts of ‘treasures’ along the way.
We are looking for another property further north, and will for sure create wonderful memories as a family there. But I will always hold this sweet farm close to my heart.
Very Nice PIctures
